To Weigh or not to weigh....

I absolutely hate weight myself. I feel like it's a trap and plays with your mental health! I usually just keep working out until I'm back in my old clothes. After that I usually change my workout pattern from 6 days to 3 days a week. However, I spoke with an old classmate from high school (Sakina McCoy) that is a personal trainer now and she insisted that I weigh myself!!! I gave in this morning and weighed myself.

Yaaaaaay!!! Your girl is back down under 150 pounds! Whew! I promise I thought that would NEVER happen again! I am now 146 pounds. When I started this journey in March, I was 188lbs. I will continue working out and weighing myself occasionally! Don't want to go crazy when I don't loose pounds one week! lol....

Never doubt yourself!

  1. I'm so proud of you. I cant wait to get settled, you know dealing with Sierra. So I can began a workout routine again. Before I became preggers with Sierra I to was running and enjoying it and extremely proud of myself for getting to that level. I use to hate running. I now feel like I have to start over which saddens me but knowing that I've done it before and watching you has really inspired me. I need a little bit longer but soon I will be at it again!

  2. Chavon, that is fantastic! I know your body thanks you, but you must feel so good about yourself. Please keep writing. This is motivating me line by line! I promise not to use it as a crutch, but just that...motivation to get back out there regularly, with no excuses!
